Within the scope of a maintenance contract with MSP AG, you benefit from a comprehensive service and many advantages.
We continuously review your IT landscape to ensure smooth processes and workflows.
MSP offers on-site support, 24-hour monitoring of all important systems as well as a personal contact person and competence teams for your needs.
Together with you, we define standards and draw up budget and investment plans.
You can choose between three different service levels (see table). Maintenance windows are defined by agreement.
Individual maintenance windows
As a rule, our maintenance work takes place on two Fridays a month after 6 pm. Data backups are carried out after the deployment time windows or Maintenance time window started.
